Julie received a Performing Arts Certificate from the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague and also studied with Margriet Tindemans, specializing in viola da gamba and vielle. A founding member of 391 and Violes Egales, Julie appears regularly with such groups as the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, The Rose Ensemble and Apollo's Fire. Julie currently teaches at Carleton College in Northfield, MN and at the St. Paul Conservatory of Music.
